The actor of Radioteatre's Quadre de Veus, Jaume Sellarès, died this Saturday, April 4, as a consequence of the complications generated by the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.
Sellarès will begin to collaborate with our cast in 2010, starting from the representation of 'Dotze homes sense pietat', and since then he has participated in more than a dozen works, such as El mercader de Venècia, 'La corona d'espines, 'El criat de dos amos' or 'Cuando ella es la otra', and othes. His last role was that of the character of Andreu, the protagonist of Isabel-Clara Simó's work 'La visita, a work registered on February 24 and which has not been broadcasted.
Besides of the Teatre Radiofònic, Sellarès has participated in numerous performances on the amateur stages of our city. In particular, the activities of the Grup Teatral Egarenc stand out, both of which have represented and directed different works in darrers anys.

The 'Casinet de l'Espardenya', the entity in charge of the Capgros de l'Any tria, has voluntarily honored the actress and director Rosa Aguado, a member of our Quadre de Veus since 1984.
Aguado has a degree in Dramatic Art from the Theater Institute and has a long career in the theatrical and artistic field. She is co-founder and director of Action Teatre, a theater training center for all ages established in the city since 1998. Her artistic beginnings date back to different theater groups in the city (Grup Gresca or the Elenc de Teatre del Social). During his entire artistic career, he has participated in numerous stage performances such as 'Terra baixa', 'La dona jueva', 'La casa de Bernarda Alba', 'Follia d'amor', 'Yerma', 'El verí del teatre' or 'Una llum entre grisos'. In the cinematographic field, he has worked in different films such as 'La Teranyina', 'Flying Saucers', 'The Year of the Deluge', 'Uruguay', 'Morir sense muerte' or 'El bosc';' He has participated in different series on Televisió de Catalunya ('Laberint d'ombres', 'El cor de la ciutat', 'Porca misèria' or 'La Riera'). Aguado is also a regular visitor to various cultural manifestations of our city, among which the Ceremony of the Burial of Carnestoltes stands out, where it can be seen on Videos; or the recreations of medieval Terrassa give life to Blanca de Centellas.
In the act of proclamation of the 2019 Capgrós, Rosa Aguado highlighted the great image that the artist Jordi Grau achieved when creating the figure of the Capgròs. He has also shown his congratulations for the recognition and has volgut to have an emotional record for who was his partner, also the actor Lluís Barón (1944-2007).

On June 26, the act of proclamation and release of guardians of the literary contest organized by the Terrassenca d'Òmnium Cultural delegation was celebrated. In the act, which has tingut lloc to the Nova Jazz Cava, they have donated to conèixer the guanyadors of the different categories of awards that are available.
As is traditional, the Quadre de Veus de Radioteatre de la 95.2 Ràdio has collaborated in the act with the dramatized reading of two short stories by Ferran Canyameres, "A l'hospital" and "Trista fi", in a novel adaptation by Beth Solsona.

As part of the Radio Theater Regular Season on 95.2 Ràdio, we will recover the radio serial 'El Pan y la Tierra', original by the Andalusian writer installed in Terrassa Angel Cazorla.
“El Pan y la Tierra” was initially conceived as a novel in 1959, and in 1961, it reached the final stage of an important literary prize in Spain. Fou published in printed edition in 1974 by the author's mateix. In 1987, the Quadre de Veus de Radioteatre, aleshores attached to the defunct Ràdio Terrassa EAJ25, proposed to Cazorla the adaptation of the novel to be broadcast as a radio serial. After several months of success, the radio novel, with a total of fifty capitols, was released in the spring of 1989, and achieved notable success at the time of its broadcast.
Angel Cazorla, born in Santa Cruz de Marchena (Almeria) in 1930, has spent most of his life in Terrassa. He is the author of over a hundred novels on Western, war, science fiction and other genres, published under the pseudonym Kent Wilson. Furthermore, he is also the author of more than three hundred translations, thousands of journalistic articles and several hundred poems.
''El Pan y la Tierra'' is a rural drama that takes place during the second decade of the 20th century in a town in the province of Almeria. The action is located during the glorious era of the development of the famous “Boarding Grape”, a native variety of the area, originating in the mid-19th century, and exported to a large part of the European countries and the United States. ''The Bread and the Earth'' is the story of a town, of its customs, of its idiosyncrasy, and of its qualssevol personas, everyone belonging to a mateixa família, which is shared between old loves, ages, odis, passions,..., in the shadow of a strange destiny I capritxós now.
As of February 2 and for eleven consecutive weeks, thirty years after its premiere, we will be able to revisit this passionate story through our weekly radio broadcast of Teatre Radiofònic on 95.2 Ràdio. Let's hope you enjoy it.
