Born in Terrassa, he began in theater field at an early age. It was the actor on "Optimist Club", and then the group "Tavola". In the early 1980's he joined the theater group of "Casal de Sant Pere" in Terrassa, which participated in numerous performances, both as an actor on stage, but especially also as a director. Of these performances stand out performances of "Els Pastorets Ganàpia i Cigronet"" written by Francisco Izquierdo, which assumed the task of leadership for several seasons. In the mid-1990's, he ceased to belong to this organization. Subsequently he formed part of the theater group "Llavor d'Art" de El Pla del Penedes, which has conducted several performances as an actor and assume that also the direction.

Regarding the aspect of radio theater, include participation with Radio Theater Voices Company from 1983 until the end of this decade, a period in which he shared the direction of the voices cast with Joan Garrigó and which also took part as an actor in some representations, for example "A mitad de camino"  by Peter Ustinov, "Caligula" by Albert Camus, "Don Juan Tenorio" by José Zorrilla, or "El pobre viudo" by Santiago Rusiñol.
