As part of the series of activities organized by L'Ateneu Terrassenc, on Tuesday, June 30 at 7 pm, there will be a dramatized reading of the play by Miquel-Lluís Muntané, "Per amor d'Eva", by the Quadre de Veus de Radioteatre. This script was already recorded and broadcast on 95.2 Ràdio last February, but this is a new opportunity to relive it live.
"Per amor d'Eva" presents, in a comedic vein, the dialectic between three male archetypes who have very different ways of approaching their relationship with women. Deep down, it underlies one of Muntané's most recurring concerns in his works of fiction, such as human contradictions and the difficulties people have in relating to each other.
Miquel Lluís Muntané i Sicart was born in Barcelona in 1956. He began his professional career as a secondary school teacher and collaborator in various publishing companies. Later he became a professor at the Institut de Ciències de l’Educació de la Universitat de Barcelona and a member of Consell de Cultura de Barcelona, as well as president of Federació Catalana d’Associacions UNESCO and Associació de Crítics Musicals en Llengua Catalana, and he regularly collaborates in the media. As a writer, he is the author of an extensive production that covers most literary genres: poetry, essays, translation and cultural journalism. In 2007 he was recognized with the Climent Mur Prize for his work in the field of cultural associations.
